Who among us does not find an inner curiosity that makes him a prisoner of it in some matters of life?!
An internal motive that makes you challenge the impossible, create miracles, and follow yourself to please yourself?!
It may make you do things you never imagined you would do, like putting yourself in danger in order to discover something hidden and satisfy your curiosity.
Who among us does not feel a violent inner curiosity about matters of the jinn and what is related to them, such as abandoned houses, scary places, and the like?!
Who among us, if given the opportunity to discover something about the hidden worlds, would leave it behind?!
I am one of the common people, and I confess that I would not let such an opportunity slip through my hands; but I may then have been ignorant of the dangers and losses I would pay for it; had I known then, I would not have hesitated a moment to flee from the whole affair.
The story:
During the summer vacation, immediately after the final exams for the school year, their father decided to go to the village to attend his nephew’s wedding. All the children were happy with their father’s decision, and despite the mother being eight months pregnant, they all decided to travel to enjoy themselves, prepare themselves, and make themselves happy by going and seeing their family and loved ones.
Because their mother was pregnant and tired, all the three children helped in arranging and preparing everything they would need. They actually finished everything before going to sleep, and early in the morning the journey began.
Once they arrived in the town, they were welcomed as they should be. Everyone in the town was happy to see them after a long time. The middle son was studying in his second year of high school. He noticed an abandoned house in the town. When he asked his cousin, he told him about the gossip and rumors about this house after warning him not to even think about approaching it. It is said that it is a house haunted by jinn and goblins. As soon as the young man heard the word jinn and goblins, his curiosity increased to know anything about an unknown world that was hidden from him.
He waited impatiently for the wedding day to discover the abandoned house, and he was hoping that his Creator would find anything in the house that would connect him with a thread, even if it was thin, to communicate with the jinn! He was carried away by his curiosity, so he took advantage of everyone being busy with the wedding day and slipped through them without them noticing and went alone to the house, and walked around the house until he found a lower wall, so he jumped through it to find himself inside.
He found a small room in the courtyard of the house and entered it without thinking. As soon as he started searching for anything in it, he suddenly heard the sound of footsteps approaching. He found nothing to hide in except the bed. As soon as he settled under it with extreme caution and care, he found a repulsive smell. He turned around to find it was the corpse of a black cat with its entrails torn out and a foul, extremely foul smell!
He found no escape but to put his hand over his mouth and noticed strange feet of an even stranger creature in the room. Only a few moments later, whoever was in the room came out to get the young man out from under the bed. He was overcome with nausea from the horror of what he found. He reached into the desk where the unknown person was putting something, to find that it was indeed a book about the world of magic and demons. It was the book Shams al-Ma'arif!
The young man took him in a hurry, and he was not satisfied with that alone, but he wanted to satisfy his curiosity by knowing the identity of the unknown person who entered the room, and entering the house and not just the room with the courtyard, so he proceeded to freeze all his feelings of fear and anxiety and followed his curiosity only, and suddenly he saw the unknown person behind him, and it was a group of jinn!
He smiled broadly at the young man, the young man was unable to define it and all that was going through his mind was escaping his horrors by himself, his features alone were enough to stop his heart from beating, the young man found himself jumping over the fence as if he were Tarzan and running and the road that he had covered in more than half an hour he had completed in less than ten minutes, he returned home and pretended to sleep before his family returned, but he did not enjoy peace and tranquility from that night which was like a turning point for him.
He found a black ghost in his bedroom, so he ran away from it, but he was surprised to find it all over the house. His family returned and found him asleep. Before the dawn call to prayer, his father was accustomed to waking up all the people in his house to perform the dawn prayer. When his father came to wake him up, he made an excuse that he was sick. His father was surprised by his behavior, so he was the first of his brothers to go to the mosque and urged the rest to do the same.
His father forced him to get up, and in the mosque the young man could not listen to the verses of the Holy Quran, so he started screaming as if something was going to come out of his stomach and all the parts of his body, and he kept screaming until he fell unconscious. His father was shocked by his fear for him, so he rushed him to the doctor. The doctor did not find any organic symptoms of what had happened to the young man, but he kept him under observation, and as soon as he regained consciousness, he allowed him to return home.
Suddenly, the young man decided to tell his older brother what he had done, and he took out the book Shams al-Ma'arif. His brother was shocked by his action, but the young man had made a promise to his brother not to tell his parents so that they would not get angry with him. As soon as he heard the noon call to prayer, the young man was shocked again. Here, the older son was forced to confess to his father what his middle son had done. There was an imam in the mosque in town who recited the legal ruqyah over him and was able to expel the jinn from his body. They thought that the story was over, but it had only begun!
While they were returning home to the city, they were attacked by a strange object, which they sensed without seeing it. The car flipped over with them all, and no one came out safe except the young man. Here, a terrifying voice called out to him that he had become their property!
