The second story:

One of the most beautiful children’s stories about honesty and its impact on a child’s life, a story that we were all raised on since we were young, and despite its age, it has an effective impact in instilling the value of honesty in the souls of our children…

One day, in a town, there was a child named “Shahab.” This child worked as a shepherd for the town’s people’s sheep. Every day, he would take the sheep to look after them and take great care of them. But one day, he felt very bored and weary, so he decided to break the boredom that was overwhelming him. He shouted at the top of his voice, calling for help from the town’s people and claiming that wolves had attacked their sheep!

Indeed, the townspeople rushed to help him and their sheep, and each of them was carrying something sharp in his hands, but they were surprised to find “Shihab” laughing at them and they discovered that no wolves had passed by in the first place!

The townspeople were fed up with his actions and scolded him for them, but he was happy enough with what he did to the point that he did it again and again, and every time the townspeople would rush to his aid and discover that he was a liar who was playing with them!

One day, wolves attacked the flock of sheep. No matter how much Shihab called for help, he did not find any of them, and no matter how much he swore to them, they did not believe him either. None of them came to him. He managed to escape with his life by climbing a tree, but he lost the entire flock of sheep.

When the sun set and “Shihab” was late in returning with the flock of sheep, they became worried, so they went looking for him and were shocked when they saw “Shihab” high up in the tree and all the sheep were cut up on the ground around him!

He felt deep regret for his repeated lies to the townspeople. If he had not lied to them, they would have believed him when he found himself in a real predicament, but he played with them, their feelings, and their trust in him until he lost trust completely and paid a high price for it.

The third story:

One of the most beautiful children’s stories about honesty and its impact on a child’s life. It is also considered one of the stories that we grew up with since we were young, and perhaps one of us studied it in elementary school, the first stages of his life. It is a story that teaches us the extent and importance of honesty in our lives, and that the honest person is loved among people and everyone who knows him places their complete trust in him.

On one of the beaches there was a very naughty child who enjoyed pretending to drown. He was a good swimmer and was passionate about it, but he would deliberately swim to far away places and scream at the top of his voice and call for help. With every attempt, a number of people would come to him and rush to help him, but as soon as the lifeguards reached him, he would laugh at them all and deliberately show them how good he was at swimming and how much he was superior even to the adults among them!

Not a day passed without him doing what he did every day. One day, the child felt that his death was approaching and that he was really drowning, so he called out to people for help, but no one saved him. He kept screaming and calling out for help and assistance, but no one believed him. The child kept struggling to save his life, but only a few moments later, his voice was cut off from the people, just as his breathing was cut off. One of them was surprised that his voice was cut off, which was not his usual habit, so he rushed to help him. Indeed, he found him drowning in the water, so he quickly picked him up and pulled him out of the water.

As soon as he reached the shore, he tried to save him, but he did not respond, so he rushed him to the nearest hospital, where they did what was necessary and were able to save his life, which was about to end at that time. The child learned a harsh lesson not to lie throughout his life, even if he was joking, because lying caused his life to almost end.
